To Our Firo Lawton Guests,
As promised, we want to keep everyone informed and updated as much as possible. We have now received all employee tests back and all were confirmed negative. We want to thank again our amazing Firo team for their cooperation and to our guests for their patience and support.
Orders to go can be placed ahead of time using our online ordering system and then picked up via the drive thru OR orders can be placed at the drive thru upon arrival.

What You Can Expect From Us:
Improved Facility Protocols
- Separate entrance and exit doors
- Social Distancing & Safety signage posted throughout restaurant
- Sneeze guards installed to improve protection between guest and employees
- New seating arrangements to take in consideration capacity guidelines and social distancing
- Sanitizer stations setup through restaurant
- Condiments & utensils will be provided by our Team as our normal station will be closed
- New drink refill process in place for guests which will include receiving a new cup, lid, and straw each time from our Team Members
- Team members used to monitor capacity thresholds to ensure we do not have overcrowding in our restaurants
Improved Team Execution Protocols
- All employees will arrive to work through back door
- All employees will be screened prior to shift to ensure they are safe to work, which will include temperature checks and passing a health history questionnaire
- More rigorous cleaning and sanitation done more often in our restaurant
- All employees will be wearing protective equipment including masks and the continued use of our gloves
- All employees re-trained on proper cleaning, sanitation, and respiratory etiquette

During Your Visit With Us
- Give fellow guests their space of at least six feet apart
- Do not congregate in areas away from seating areas
- Wear a mask if possible when not at your table
